By integrating hollow profiles in the die-casting process, a closed cavity is created, which, combined with the topology-optimized design of the upper casing, fully meets the strength, stiffness and NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) requirements.

In addition, the overall design concept of rear subframe designed by HY simplifies the traditional complex connection process and reduces the production and assembly process of a single component, thereby significantly reducing production costs.

HY uses 3D sand printing technology and RWP casting simulation software to conduct casting system design, mold filling and solidification analysis to optimize the production process.
