Casting Clutch Components

HY is a factory that produces Casting Clutch Components and is very famous in China.The clutch produced by HY has several important parts：

1. Casting Clutch Components flywheel. The first is to maintain rotational inertia. The second is to provide a ring gear for the starter motor to engage. The third is to provide a driving friction surface for the friction disc.

2.Clutch component pressure plate. The pressure plate exerts pressure to hold the driven friction plate between it and the flywheel. The pressure plate contains a diaphragm or spring that exerts pressure on the main casting or drive surface. To release or disengage the drive, a diaphragm or clutch lever is actuated, allowing the main casting to lift off the driven plate. Cast iron alloys such as gray iron GG30, GG25 (German standard DIN 1691) are commonly used for clutch pressure plate castings. These materials have high compressive strength, low tensile strength and no ductility.

3.Clutch component release bearing. Provides drive media between the rotating clutch assembly and the static clutch fork and transmission. The bearings will absorb the force of releasing the clutch and reduce wear between rotating and non-rotating parts.
