Stainless steel quick connection produced by HY. First copy the object to be cast in wax, then immerse it in a pool containing ceramics and wait to dry. The wax replica is covered with a ceramic outer film. Repeat the steps until the outer film is enough to support the casting process (about 1/ 4 inches to 1/8 inches), then melt the wax in the mold and pull out the mold. Subsequently, the mold needs to be heated to high temperatures several times to enhance the hardness before it can be cast. The castings have sharp edges, precise dimensions and smooth surfaces. Castings can also be shaped and corrected using presses, jigs and gauges.
