What are the structural components of the progressive stamping die?

The progressive die is the same as the general cold stamping die, which is composed of: punch, concave die, punch fixing plate, concave die base, discharge plate, cushion plate, die frame, discharge rubber, etc. The difference is that ordinary cold stamping dies only process one process at a time, such as: simple punching, or blanking. The progressive die can press several processes at a time. Such as: punching, drawing, flanging, blanking and so on. With each stamping, the workpiece moves forward one station.
