In order to ensure the quality of the cylinder body, the following should be done in the daily production process:

①The size of the exhaust groove should be designed to be 0.4mm, and it should be unobstructed during the daily production process;

②In order to prevent burning, the mold cavity must be cleaned after the mold is produced on the machine tool to a certain modulus (such as 5000 mold);

③In casting production, the thickness of the material cake should be about 35mm.

The cylinder body is an important part of the motorcycle. Gasoline burns in the motorcycle cylinder body to generate power. Therefore, one of the main standards for the quality of the motorcycle cylinder body is leakage detection. HY's conventional detection standard is to detect at a pressure of 0.3MPa, and there must be no leakage.
